Long Island Iced Tea

  • 1/2 fluid ounce vodka
  • 1/2 fluid ounce rum
  • 1/2 fluid ounce gin
  • 1/2 fluid ounce tequila
  • 1/2 fluid ounce triple sec (orange-flavored liqueur)
  • 1 fluid ounce sweet and sour mix
  • 1 fluid ounce cola, or to taste
  • 1 lemon slice
  • Add all ingredients to list

Instructions 
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour vodka, rum, gin, tequila, triple sec, and sour mix over ice; cover and shake. Pour cocktail into a Collins or hurricane glass; top with splash of cola for color. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Vegan Mocha Latte

INGREDIENTS
  • To make the hot cocoa:
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp raw sugar
  • The make the mocha:
  • Brewed Lavazza Perfetto Espresso Roast
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. To make the hot cocoa, add the almond milk, chcoolate chips, vanilla, cocoa powder and sugar to a small sauce pan and whisk until combined and creamy.
  2. Once it’s all melted together, froth it by using a milk frother or placing it in a blender on high for 30 seconds.
  3. To make the mocha, fill 2 mugs about 1/2-2/3 of the way with Lavazza then top with the frothy hot cocoa.

Classic Martini

Ingredients
2 1/2 ounces gin or vodka
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
Ice
Lemon peel twist or olives, for garnish
Equipment
Mixing glass or cocktail shaker
Hawthorne Strainer
Fine-mesh strainer (if shaking the martini)
Bar spoon
Jigger or small liquid measuring glass
Martini or coupe glass
Paring knife or Y-Peeler
Instructions
Stirred
  1. Chill the glass: Before you build your Martini, put your Martini glass in the freezer to chill.
  2. Build the drink: Place the gin or vodka and dry vermouth in a mixing glass.
  3. Stir and strain: Add cubed ice and stir for 30 seconds until the Martini is chilled. Strain the drink into your chilled Martini glass.
  4. Garnish the drink: Pare a lemon peel, and express (pinch) the back of the lemon peel over the martini. Rub the lemon peel around the rim of the glass and drop it into the glass. Alternatively, garnish with speared olives.
Shaken 
  1. Chill the glass: Before you build your Martini, put your Martini glass in the freezer to chill.
  2. Build the drink: Place the gin or vodka and dry vermouth in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake the drink: Add cubed ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  4. Strain the drink: If you prefer ice shards floating at the top of your Martini, then simply strain the drink into your chilled Martini glass. If you don't want the ice shards, then strain the drink through a fine-mesh strainer to catch the ice shards.
  5. Garnish the drink: Pare a lemon peel, and express (pinch) the back of the lemon peel over the Martini. Rub the lemon peel around the rim of the glass and drop it into the glass. Alternatively, garnish with speared olives.

Fresh Strawberry Margarita

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pound (16 ounces) fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup silver tequila
  • 2/3 cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1/3-1/2 cup honey or agave, more/less to taste
  • 1/4 cup Cointreau or Triple Sec (or any orange liqueur)
    (for serving) ice, salt to rim the glasses, extra fresh strawberries and/or lime slices for garnish
DIRECTIONS:Add strawberries, tequila, lime juice, honey, and orange liqueur to a blender. Pulse until completely smooth. Let the mixture rest for about 3 minutes, then skim off the foam on top. Taste, and add extra tequila or sweetener if desired.
If you would like to serve these in salt-rimmed glasses, simply run a lime wedge around the top of each glass. Then dip the top of the glass upside-down in a bowl of coarse margarita salt. Garnish the glasses with fresh strawberries and/or lime slices if desired.
TO SERVE ON THE ROCKS:Fill up each glass about half full with ice, then pour the margaritas over the ice and serve immediately.
TO SERVE FROZEN:Add about 3-4 cups of ice to your blender with the strawberry margarita mixture, and pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Classic Margarita

  • YIELD:Makes 2 drinks
  • ACTIVE TIME:5 minutes
  • TOTAL TIME:5 minutes
Ingredients
  • Lime wedge, plus 2 lime wheels for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt, for glass rims
  • 4 ounces high quality blanco tequila (see note above)
  • 2 ounces Cointreau
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh juice from 2 limes
Directions
1. Run lime wedge around the outer rims of two rocks glasses and dip rims in salt. Set aside.1.

2. In cocktail shaker, combine tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice. Fill with ice and shake until thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds (the bottom of a metal shaker should frost over).

​3.Fill glasses with fresh ice and strain margarita into both glasses. Garnish with lime wheels and serve.

Classic Mojito Recipe

  • 2 ounces light rum

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves

  • Splash club soda

  • 1 lime cut in two halves

  • Garnish: mint sprig

How to Make It 
  1. Place the sugar, mint leaves, and a splash of club soda into a highball glass.
  2. Muddle well to dissolve the sugar and to release the flavor of the mint.
  3. Squeeze the juice from both halves of a lime into the glass, dropping one-half into the glass.
  4. Add the rum.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  7. Top with club soda.
  8. Garnish with the mint sprig.
