Potluck BBQ Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
20 oz ground lean turkey
1 pack of beefy onion soup mix
1 eggs
1 tbs of garlic powder
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs seasoned salt
18 oz BBQ Sauce
18 oz Grape Jelly

Utensils
Baking Pan
Pot
Tongs
Skillet or frying pan

  1. Preheat slow cooker to high
  2. Add BBQ sauce and grape jelly to slow cooker and cover.
  3. Finely chop onion
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey meat, onion soup mix, eggs, garlic powder, black pepper, seasoned salt, and worcestershire sauce.
  5. Blend ingredients by hand and roll mixture into small balls
  6. Let balls rest for 10 minutes
  7. Place balls in warm slow cooker and cook on high heat for 3 ½ hours, stirring halfway through cooking time.
